100% of the proceeds for this shirt (and 50% of all other items in the store) will be given to the medical relief fund for Reba Frost.
“SISU” is a Finnish word, that roughly translates to “One with fortitude, unwavering resolve, strong heart, dedication, and will.”
This fits the cause for this piece. Reba Frost has battled surgery after surgery for over a decade facing multiple life-long illnesses and injuries. Breast cancer and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, to rheumatoid & osteo arthritis, as well as diagnosis dodging cardiac complications.
As someone living on the bare minimum with disability and constantly fighting hard with each procedure and treatment to stick it out, she faces yet another procedure. Each time it grows much more dangerous for her likelihood to heal and recover. Which means less time being capable of supporting herself.
